Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Your Therapulse device should be used in accordance with the described treatment pattern.  Use the device for a maximum of 3 treatments a  day for a period no longer than 6 weeks.  If no benefit is seen after this time, stop using the device and consult your general practitioner. If you feel unwell stop using the device immediately.  If you notice any reddening of the skin, stop using the device immediately. Only apply the device to normal skin.  If suffering from a skin condition or new scar tissue is present in the area of application, seek medical advice before use. Do not disassemble, repair or modify the device in any way, as this will invalidate the warranty and may lead to malfunction of the device or an injury. Do not use the device while sleeping. Do not immerse the device in water or any other fluid. Do not throw or drop the device from a height. The unit should not be used if any physical damage is evident. Do not use any chemicals to clean any part of the unit. Only to be used by persons over the age of 16 years old.

Therapulse devices are not medical devices. They are devices to help manage pain and cannot cure or treat an underlying condition. They are not a substitute for proper medical supervision or for treatment by a medical professional. If you have heel pain it is important you visit your doctor for a full diagnosis and follow the recommened treatments.

Delivery and Ordering

Orders can be placed through the website by secure payment system using your credit or debit card. After filling the order form you will have a chance to review your billing and delivery details and change them if necessary. You will then be taken to our secure payment provider, Stripe, who use the latest 128 bit secure encryption techniques to secure the transaction. Orders are processed within one working day and dispatched by recorded delivery using Royal Mail. If you have placed an order with us through the website, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. You should receive your Therapulse unit within 2 to 5 working days of ordering. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will dispatch you a replacement. Should your order be delayed, it is eligible for a refund when Royal Mail has accepted th loss. This is after 30 working days from date of postage. Packages which are not received between 15 and 30 working days are classified as late and not eligible for a refund. Orders placed after 3:30pm during the week or at weekends may be despatched after two working days.

Product Warranty

Please study the documentation supplied with your device as misuse, or failure to follow any of the instructions therein, may void this warranty. This warranty is not transferable and excludes those items listed under the heading: Limitations.  Your warranty will begin on the date you purchased your product. Please retain your receipt as this will be required as Proof of Purchase.  Your Therapulse unit is covered under manufacturers warranty for 1 year. Excessive use of the device outside the normal treatment profile can result in damage to the mechanical parts and render the manufacturers warranty invalid.

LIMITATIONS:

The warranty may be void for incorrect use, misuse, or operating the device outside specifications.  Please study the documentation supplied with your product.

Refunds/Returns

You are eligible for a refund on your device at any time in the first 14 days between date of ordering and date of returning. This is to allow you to receive and evaluate your Therapulse and decide whether or not to keep it. You can notify us at any time in this period that you intend to return the device to obtain authorization for a refund. Full instructions on how to return the device with a pre-addressed postage label are enclosed with every order. Refunds are given using the method used for purchase and are for the purchase price of the device less postage and packing charges. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your device and may take longer to be applied to your card by your credit card company or to arrive by post.

Changes to these terms

These terms were last changed on 24th July 2012. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
